Nowadays, it is more important than ever for us to reset and recharge. We are always rushing and going places that we have truly forgotten what it means to be present and connect with ourselves, each other, and the Earth that we live on. Us sisters, Amanda & Lyndsey, saw the need to create a space for people to step into and focus on what really matters. Presence, joy, and connection.

Scrolling through Zillow, Chateau Solace popped up and showcased itself as a unique home in prime location being under a two hour drive from the city with easy access to other vibrant locations like Shenandoah National Park, Front Royal, The Shenandoah River, Luray Caverns, The Blue Ridge Mountains, and major winery & brewery country roads. It hadn't been lived in for quite some time so there would need to be a lot of work put in to bring it back to life. Despite knowing this, it was an instantaneous yes.

Shortly after signing the papers, we started renovating this home. Ripping out walls, building and refurnishing, adding stone for the terrace spaces and walkways, and replacing the internal functioning systems. The home continued to develop rapidly as neighbors, friends, and family started pitching in to help and spread the word.  People then started reaching out looking for a place to stay while being able to experience the Virginia mountains and countryside. It all starts with a small drop in the pond and everything became a ripple effect. It's very eye opening to see and hear where others are at the time in their life that has brought them to this place.  We are excited to see how Chateau Solace can connect and help many different types of people all around.
